Refund policy

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Fault)

If you did not receive the product you ordered or if the item arrived damaged or faulty, please notify us on the same day of delivery via E-MAIL, or dm us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will share the next steps. For these issues, we will cover all costs associated with return shipping and replacement.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for items due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or general preference within 2 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must also be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals attached.

3. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs incurred for the original order are non-refundable.

  • While sending it back to us, please ensure that the product is securely packed using either the original packaging or a new one that is similar in quality.

  • Make sure the packaging has the right return address clearly written or printed on it.

4. Processing Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days of approval.

(Weekends and public holidays are exempted from working days).

Updates to Shipping Policy

Issue 1: You Received a Damaged or Wrong Product

Human error happens sometime. We would be happy to accept return of a product that you did not order and our warehouse team has mistakenly sent to you in lieu of your original product that you ordered or if the product got damaged during transit.

In such case, please inform us on the same day of receipt of your package via Instagram to initiate a Return Authorization. Please note that in this case, all shipping charges for the product/s returned to us will be born by Tuffy Organics.

Issue 2: You had a Change of Heart

If you have a change of heart and want to exchange your ordered item with another product, we're happy to provide an exchange. The product will then need to be returned and received by us in pristine condition, unopened, unused, sealed in its original packaging not damaged in anyway.

If you would like to exchange an unopned item, a reshipping fee will be charged at the rate of Rs. 250/- along with any charges occurred due to issues with the product return condition criteria.

All shipping charges for the product/s returned to us are the responsibility of the customer.
